Tradition That Makes A Difference

Every summer, golfers from across southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island gather for one of the region’s most beloved charity events – the AFC Annual Golf Tournament. What began over two decades ago as a small gathering has grown into a cornerstone fundraiser that directly fuels the Anthony F. Cordeiro Charitable Foundation’s grant program.

Held at the stunning Lake of Isles, the day blends friendly competition with meaningful community impact.

All net proceeds fund grants awarded to nonprofits serving families in our region. Every dollar raised stays local.
